Riad Lorsya - Marrakesh

The helpfulness of all the staff. Really made us feel welcome and happy to help out wherever possible. Beautiful Riad.. the perfect Moroccan experience. Had dinner there the first night.. all cooked for us. Lovely.

Nothing.. it's tucked away near the Souks, so very easy to get lost - but all part of the experience. And when we did get lost, a quick call and somebody came to find us and escort us back!

Very friendly staff,no problem was ever too much trouble,great location,will be delighted to return next year,would not dream of looking at other Riads,will stick with the best !!

Loved my time at Riad Lorsya! The staff were super helpful, especially Yassim who organized our Atlas Mountains tour. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and the whole place was so beautifully decorated. Just a bit tricky to find the first time!

We were given a spotless room with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe.

The location is marvellous, just a short walk away from Medina of Marrakesh. Moreover, it is short walk to the centre of the Medina Wonderfully helpful staff, and the nice bars, pools and restaurants

It's a pity but there was no pressure.

Excellent service from all the staff. They helped us with so many arrangements and made sure we were always comfortable and happy. The riad itself is beautiful.

The location was very central. The staff were all execllent, helping with booking trips and any other information we needed.

For a enjoyable experience, try the homemade cakes prepared by the staff. They add a good touch to your stay.

Location - 5 minutes to the centre - and easy to find when you learn the way. Service was exceptional. Breakfast each day was fresh and reasonably varied. Bottled water was available on request and at no extra charge. Help with bookings - e.g. restaurants, spas, bus tickets - was efficient and free.

Friendly and helpful staff, cute rooms, little plunge pool, great little rooftop terrace, good location, nice and quiet - a real little oasis from the busy streets outside!

It's starting to tire a little around the edges and could benefit from a a quick lick of paint soon.

The good mint tea served upon arrival was a lovely touch, and the breakfast's freshly made-to-order omelettes and pancakes were nice.

Finding the riad was a bit tricky.

Small size, location, flexibility

The staff were incredibly friendly and would go above and beyond to help make our stay perfect, from booking restaurants to constant supplies of mint tea and an amazing complementary meal on the first night. The rooms are unique and beautiful as well as being very clean. During our stay I was 4 months pregnant and do the advice of the staff on restaurant recommendations etc really helped us relax into our holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great outdoor dining area and relaxing steam room. Parking a bit far though.
